VOLCOM UNFILTERED 4.0 VIP EXPERIENCE GIVEAWAY TERMS & CONDITIONS
1. Promoter
Wilson Retail Co. Pty Ltd (ABN 27 059 850 814) trading as Board Collective / Saltwater Wine Surf Centres, 107 Horton Street, Port Macquarie NSW 2444 ("the Promoter"), in partnership with Volcom (UG Manufacturing).
2. Promotion period
This promotion opens 7:00am Thursday 2 October 2026 and closes 2:00pm Friday 9 October 2026 (Sydney time). Entries received outside this period are invalid.
3. Eligibility
Open to NSW residents aged 18 years or over at the time of entry. Employees of the Promoter, Volcom, and Finnian's Tavern are ineligible. The winner (and any guest, if applicable) must present a valid photo ID at the event confirming age eligibility.
4. How to enter
Entrants must complete the entry form at boardcollective.com.au/pages/unfiltered-4-0 with valid name, email address, mobile number, date of birth, postcode and gender, and agree to receive marketing texts and to these Terms & Conditions. One entry per person. Incomplete, duplicate or fraudulent entries will be excluded. By entering, entrants consent to being subscribed to the Promoter's email marketing; SMS marketing consent is captured separately as part of form submission and is optional.
5. Prize
One (1) winner will receive a VIP experience at Volcom Unfiltered 4.0, Finnian's Tavern, 97 Gordon Street, Port Macquarie NSW, on Saturday 10 October 2026 from 5pm. The prize includes VIP entry, a Volcom bar tab valued at $200, and a $250 Volcom voucher redeemable in-store at Saltwater Wine.
6. Draw
A random draw of all eligible entries will take place at 2:30pm Friday 9 October 2026 at 107 Horton Street Port Macquarie, using a random selection tool. A reserve winner will also be drawn at the same time.
7. Winner notification
The winner will be notified by phone and/or email using the details provided at entry, and announced on Friday 9 October 2026 via @saltwaterwine in collaboration with @volcom_oznz. The winner must respond within 6 hours of being contacted. If they do not respond, decline, or are found ineligible, the prize will be awarded to the reserve winner. The Promoter will never ask a winner for payment or bank details to claim a prize. Saltwater wine will manage all communications with the winner.
8. Bar tab and responsible service
The bar tab is subject to the venue's Responsible Service of Alcohol obligations and staff discretion. It is non-transferable and must be used on the night of the event. Any unused balance is forfeited and cannot be redeemed for cash. The venue may refuse service or entry at its discretion.
9. Prize conditions
The prize is not transferable, exchangeable or redeemable for cash, in whole or in part. If the event is postponed or cancelled, the Promoter may substitute a prize of equal or greater value, or reschedule the prize to a rescheduled event date, subject to applicable law.
10. Data and marketing
By entering, entrants consent to the Promoter collecting and using their personal information to administer this promotion and contact the winner, and (where opted in) to send email and/or SMS marketing. Entrants may unsubscribe from marketing at any time. See the Promoter's Privacy Policy for further details.
11. Publicity
By accepting the prize, the winner consents to their name being published in connection with this promotion, and to reasonable photography/video at the event being used by the Promoter and Volcom for promotional purposes.
12. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, the Promoter and Volcom exclude all liability for any loss, damage or injury arising from entry into this promotion or use of the prize, except liability that cannot be excluded by law.
13. General
This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by or associated with Instagram, Facebook or Meta. The Promoter's decision in connection with this promotion is final and no correspondence will be entered into, except as required by law.
