TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF ENTRY
FOR BOARDCOLLECTIVE’S SHOP-TO-WIN COMPETITION

1. Eligibility
Entry is open to customers who purchase any items online at www.boardcollective.com.au or in any Saltwater Wine, Stormriders, or Red Herring Store (located in Port Macquarie, Tamworth, Bathurst, Orange, Kempsey, Armidale, Forster, Taree, Hobart, Launceston and Burnie) or online. Employees of any companies associated with the Promotion are ineligible to enter. There is no age limit for participants.

 

2. Entry
The Promotion closes on 11:59pm Sunday 31/12/2023. To enter, Eligible Entrants must enter all required details (Name, Email Address, Phone Number, Receipt) during the Promotion Period and enter via www.boardcollective.com.au/pages/shoptowin (going live 01/11/2023)

 

One entry per transaction per day.

3. Prizes and winning
The random prize draw will take place at 11:00 on Monday 08/01/2023 at Wilson Retail Head Office, 107 Horton Street, Port Macquarie NSW.
Receipt information in the chosen entry will be checked for legitimacy. In the case of a false entry, a replacement entry will be randomly selected in the same way as the first.
Four winners will receive a $500 wardrobe in the form of a store credit. This is redeemable on the following categories: apparel, accessories, and footwear.
Sale items are excluded.

 

4. Prize conditions

Winner will be notified by phone/email within two (2) business days of the draw. The winner will have their name published on BoardCollective Social Media accounts on the day of the draw.

If there are any unclaimed or un-awarded prizes a prize re-draw will be conducted on Monday 05/02/2023 at the same time and place as the original draw. If a winner is drawn, they will be contacted by phone and in writing within two (2) business days and will have their name published on Board Collective’s Social Media accounts on the day of the re-draw.

Prizes are not redeemable for cash.
