TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF ENTRY FOR BOARDCOLLECTIVE X RIP CURL WIN $1,000 SUMMER PACK

1. Eligibility
   Entry is open to all individuals who complete the BoardCollective Monthly Giveaway sign-up form, or are already a part of Mates of BoardCollective Loyalty Program. To be eligible to win, participants must be registered members of the Board Collective Loyalty Program. Employees of any companies associated with the promotion, as well as their immediate families, are not eligible to enter. There is no age restriction for participation.

2. Entry
   The Promotion closes at 11:59 PM on Friday 31/01/2025. To enter, Eligible Entrants must enter all required details on the sign-up form during the promotion period.

3. Prizes and Winning
   The random prize draw will take place at 11:00 AM on Thursday, 06/02/2025, at Wilson Retail Head Office, 107 Horton Street, Port Macquarie NSW. One winner will receive a $1,000 Rip Curl Summer Pack in the form of a discount code redeemable in store or online. Sale items and surf hardware are excluded.

4. Prize Conditions
   The winner will be notified by phone/email within two (2) business days of the draw. The discount code must be redeemed within 4 weeks from the date it is issued. Any unused codes after this period will be void.

   If there are any unclaimed or un-awarded prizes, a prize redraw will be conducted on Thursday, 20/02/2025, at the same time and place as the original draw. If a winner is drawn, they will be contacted by phone and in writing within two (2) business days.

   Prizes are not redeemable for cash.
