TERMS & CONDITIONS OF ENTRY FOR VOLCOM x BOARDCOLLECTIVE GIVEAWAY

1. Eligibility
   Entry is open to all individuals who complete the BoardCollective Monthly Giveaway sign-up form, or are already a part of Mates of BoardCollective Loyalty Program. To be eligible to win, participants must be registered members of the Board Collective Loyalty Program. Employees of any companies associated with the promotion, as well as their immediate families, are not eligible to enter. There is no age restriction for participation.

2. Entry
   The Promotion closes at 11:59 PM on 30/09/2026. To enter, Eligible Entrants must enter all required details on the sign-up form during the promotion period.

3. Prizes and Winning
   The random prize draw will take place by 2:00 PM on 05/10/2026, at Wilson Retail Head Office, 107 Horton Street, Port Macquarie NSW. One winner will receive a chance to spend $500 on Volcom product in-store.

4. Prize Conditions
   The winner will be notified by phone/email within two (2) business days of the draw. 

   If there are any unclaimed or un-awarded prizes, a prize redraw will be conducted at 12:00pm 14/10/2026, at the same place as the original draw. If a winner is drawn, they will be contacted by phone and in writing within two (2) business days.

   Prizes are not redeemable for cash.
