TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF ENTRY FOR BOARDCOLLECTIVE’S $1,000 RIP CURL X URBN SURF GIVEAWAY

1. Eligibility
   Entry is open to all individuals who spend over $100 on Rip Curl product and make a purchase either in-store or online between Dec 1 and Jan 31. To be eligible to win, participants must complete the entry form. Employees of any companies associated with the promotion, as well as their immediate families, are not eligible to enter. There is no age restriction for participation.

2. Entry
   The Promotion closes at 11:59 PM on Friday, 31/1/2025. To enter, Eligible Entrants must enter all required details on the sign-up form during the promotion period.

3. Prizes and Winning
   The random prize draw will take place at 11:00 AM on Monday, 03/02/2025, at Wilson Retail Head Office, 107 Horton Street, Port Macquarie NSW. Two winner's will receive a $500 Rip Curl Wardrobe and a $500 URBN Surf Voucher each. Sale items are excluded.

4. Prize Conditions
   The winner will be notified by phone/email within two (2) business days of the draw. The discount code/wardrobe credit must be redeemed within 4 weeks from the date it is issued. Any unused codes after this period will be void.

   If there are any unclaimed or un-awarded prizes, a prize redraw will be conducted on Monday, 17/02/2025, at the same time and place as the original draw. If a winner is drawn, they will be contacted by phone and in writing within two (2) business days.

   Prizes are not redeemable for cash.
